Having been trained in Complex Trauma, Brainspotting (BSP), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), and Mindfulness; I am able to adapt my practice to each person’s needs. My life’s work is focused on supporting others in finding their value, gaining emotional regulation, and processing trauma and life stressors. I will partner with you to reach your goals and maintain emotional well-being. I have experience working with both individuals, couples and families. My professional background includes work in the child welfare system, the healthcare system, and hospice which has broadened my scope of understanding various needs and supports my ability to help you navigate a difficult season in life. Mowgli, my certified therapy cat joins during session and adds an additional layer of support and connection.
What I Offer
Specialized therapy for adults and teens struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Supporting you in finding emotional regulation, understanding your patterns, processing past experiences, and building healthy boundaries and authentic relationships so you can feel more grounded and in control.
Specialized couples therapy for partners struggling with communication, disconnection, and recurring conflict. Supporting you in understanding the patterns and protective parts driving your dynamic so you can build healthier communication, deeper connection, and a more secure relationship.
Brainspotting therapy for trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm - an approach that helps identify and process the deeper sources of emotional and physical stress that can get stored in the brain and body. It supports the release of trauma, dissociation, and other long-standing symptoms that feel hard to shift through traditional talk therapy alone.
Religious trauma therapy for individuals recovering from harmful, high-control, or fear-based religious experiences. Supporting you in processing shame, fear, identity confusion, and loss of trust in yourself so you can reconnect with your own voice, values, and sense of safety.
LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy for individuals and couples seeking a supportive, inclusive, and nonjudgmental space. Centering your identity and lived experience, this work supports you in exploring challenges related to anxiety, trauma, relationships, and identity while feeling seen, respected, and safe.
